Advanced: downloading a Story or a private account?

Stories and private posts aren't publicly reachable — Instagram requires you to be logged in. Paste your own account's Cookie header below and it's used only for this one request; it's never written to disk or logged.

In Chrome DevTools → Network tab, open any instagram.com request, and copy the full value of the Cookie request header.

How it works

Paste the link to a public Instagram post, Reel, IGTV video, or carousel and GrabGram finds the original photo or video file and lets you save it directly — no watermark, no account required. Stories and private-account content need your own logged-in session, since Instagram doesn't expose those publicly.
